1. Eligibility:

The program is open to all users aged 18 and above.
·
The referral program is available exclusively to those who are residing in the UAE.
2. Participation:
·
Participants must complete the Financial Wellness Test and enlist for early access to be eligible for rewards.
·
Referrers will earn rewards only when the referred friend completes the Financial Wellness Test and enlists for early access.
·
Referral codes must be used during the early sign-up and onboarding process and cannot be added retroactively.
3. Reward Distribution:
·
Rewards, provided in the form of Gold ETFs, will be credited to the user's RuDo app account upon the official launch of the app.
·
Referral milestones are cumulative. Reaching a milestone does not reset the referral count.
·
The referral amount will be added to both the referrer and referee's accounts within 30 days from the date of funding.
·
Clients who receive a referral bonus must keep it in their account for 90 days; otherwise, it may be deducted from their final withdrawal amount.
4. Account Funding:
·
To access your Gold ETF, you must fund your account with a minimum of AED 20 at launch.
5. Usage of Rewards:
·
Gold credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
·
Any misuse or gaming of the system will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
6. Data Privacy:
·
RuDo respects user privacy. All personal data collected will be used strictly for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
·
Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
7. Termination and Changes:
·
RuDo reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of this program at any time without prior notice. However, rewards earned before such changes will be honored.
8. Disputes:
·
Any disputes arising out of this program will be resolved as per the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
·
RuDo's decision in respect of all matters related to the program will be final and binding.
9. Limitation of Liability:
·
RuDo is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the program or the use of its app.
·
Participants agree to release and hold RuDo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
·
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
